General Contracting indicates we oversee the entire process from beginning to end and you bet we do. Every project is assigned it’s own project manager. So, every client will have have a technical liaison person who gets you, and ensure the installers get it right. General contract work is conducted by our inhouse crews. However don’t be fooled or mislead, all major retailers and contracting firms use subcontractor for specialized task.
It’s okay, if they screen, and require all subcontractor to carry their own insurance and licenses. Even with that all of our subcontractors are covered under our umbrella liability policy for your added protection. Our subs-contractors have been with us from 3-10 years and are considered family and part of the AHI team. We don’t want strangers in our home and we sure wouldn’t put strangers in yours.
