One day after cutting out a customer’s water damaged ceiling and floor to complete a frozen pipe damage repair, we packed up our tools and headed for the door.
The customer said, “hey aren’t you going to replace the drywall and paint?’. Our technician called the office discreetly and said “boss, I can do this”. I called the client and after some discussion, we decided to remodel their entire bathroom. The rest is history. * Help for “Do-it-Yourselfers“, if you are simply replacing your kitchen cabinets and fixtures in the same location and prefer to purchase your own appliances and cabinets, we will double check your measurements assist with delivery of cabinets and install your cabinets and connect your appliances.
* For those “Not-a-Cluers”, or ” Just Don’t Have-the-Timers“. AHI offers layout and design input. We’ll help you select cabinets and specialty features, tile, appliances, solid surface countertops from natural favorites like granite and marble to quartz, or other hard solid surface materials. This service includes installation, and any needed electrical or plumbing work.
* For “Wowers”, the discerning client, we offer full architectural consultation design and build services. Including PDF, CAD, or 20/20 kitchen layouts. Many of our clients in this category typically require structural redesign, removal of walls, columns, or other obstacles that prevent that perfect “open concept”. As with any of the three programs full service, installation of cabinetry, appliances and plumbing, tile, work, flooring are all included. No need to have multiple contractors in your home.
